Now, anyone, even kids, can take a basic energy healing workshop and discover their own energy healing powers. This shows one very important thing: every one of us has the ability to harness energy, and that our thoughts are literally shaping our own lives, whether or not we are conscious of it. Once you realise this, you discover that you can consciously create your own future, no matter what life you are leading right now.
