spent my National Day weekend @ the Supercharging workshop, an advanced technique in Quantum-Touch. Widdlepuke was there too!

It’s amazing! I’m able to sense energy a lot better. Some could hear energies or see energies. For me, Denise Godfrey, my Supercharging instructor, made me aware of how I tend to perceive energies as differences in temperature! that’s pretty cool. I also learnt to  supercharge myself and my clients to much higher frequencies for more effective healing to take place, and got some insights as to how to better conduct alignment sessions for my clients.

Other useful tools include the reality-creating and the Reversed Aging technique which is my absolute favorite technique. It simply blew me away with the energy =).

On a side note, something happened later this evening that made me just sob heavily non-stop. Normally I wouldn’t have cried so long, but it could be that I needed to let go lots of stuff that’s already been trapped inside me for a pretty long time. I tried 12-colour meditation – didn’t work, couldn’t even start to ‘amp’ myself up. Talking to my sis made the situation slightly better, then later on, what managed to ’save’ me from crying my eyes out was the U-NAN symbol encased in a bubble with yellow and green snowflakes. I wrapped my heart with that, got better, then thought of putting myself into my ‘baby self’, just coming out of my mummy’s womb. I wrapped myself, as a newborn baby, with the emotional U-NAN, then did the same thing with both my Mum and myself. Felt complete, safe, reassured, as if the mad sobbing for the past one hour didn’t take place at all. This is good stuff. =)
