“Clutching at straws” is probably the best description of my negative attitude when I stumbled upon and accepted Bingz’s offer of long distance Quantum Touch healing to anyone interested,  It was a pleasant surprise for me when she agreed to give me distance healing — she in Singapore and I in Manila.

I have been diagnosed with Spinal Stenosis.  Pain radiates from my lower back in the lumbar area down to my right leg whenever I stand up and move around. That is why I could not stand up for long periods or walk long distances. My doctors (a Neurologist and a Ortho surgeon) recommended surgery but I refused.  I went to a neuro-surgeon who said I could try a conservative approach — physical therapy, exercises, medication.  I did everything as suggested but I slso tried at the same time accupuncture and pranic healing but my condition was not improving.  It was at this point when I thought of looking for a QT practitioner online since I could not find one here in the Philippines.  That is when I found bingz’ site.  We set the date and time of the healing.

Our first session was quite an experience for me.  Almost immediately I felt very relaxed as I concentrated on my breathing and imagined the energy sent by bingz enveloping my body.  I soon fell asleep after that but somehow still conscious of what’s happening around me. I could not feel my body, however.  I did not know where my arms and legs were and my whole body seems floating, my back could not feel the bed I was lying on.  I woke up some 2 hours later refreshed.  I did not feel the usual pain when I stood up and walked… But soon I noticed that the pain came back but with lesser intensity than before.

The second, third and fourth sessions were similar except that I woke up only after some 40 minutes from the time we started the healing.

Today, I am walking and moving around still in pain but I said with lesser intensity than bofore…  But I guess what is more important is that I have become more positive in my sttitude towards my ailment.  I am more patient this time and not in a hurry to get well.  I have left it up to God to heal me in his time.  I know my body is healing itself and I can help the healing by my positive attitude.  Thanks to bingz who has been so generous of her time to help me, someone she does not know from Adam!

Quantum-Touch doesn’t only help in physical healing; it does healing on the emotional and mental levels as well. And I’m definitely grateful for having such an useful tool to help others, even without travelling!

But ultimately, You Are Your Own Healer. You are free to use any tool, any modality, seek assistance from anyone to help you get better, but ultimately, I feel that it’s more important to always claim your own personal power in anything and everything, especially in the journey of healing, just like what Geri and Danny are doing. =)
