Had a Soul Profile and Realignment reading by Irene from Cosmic Phoenix. It’s excellent! Many things in the report explained why I was stuck in certain thought / emotional patterns that no longer serve me, and also why my healing mostly concentrated on issues with the heart. Maybe that’s why I renamed my blog “Lovin Energies!” heh. 

While travelling in KL, I had a knowing that this release I felt must be due to the reading, even though the report came 2 days later. The date of the report coincided with the day I felt this release! Even as I was reading the report online, I could feel the energy vibrating within me, and telling me that this whole report is definitely true. Right now I’m taking my time to embrace my soul gift and to practice self-love.

When you turn your power of  unconditional love towards yourself, love suddenly becomes a highly empowering energy source for you.

It is also important to remember that Love is not something we receive from each other.

Love simply IS. It is an energy stream that we tap into. We do not need to depend on each other to access the energy of Love. It is far more powerful when you access this energy through self-love, and invite others in to share this energy stream within a relationship.

When you seek to receive Love from others without being firmly grounded in self-love, it usually leads to disappointment and dissatisfaction.
