Most of us would feel overtaken by negative emotions at some point in life. It could be someone/something that triggered us to feel upset/betrayed/unworthy etc, or you could be just feeling down for no particular reason at all. And it’s really easy to not feel joy/peace/happiness when we’re being bombarded by negative news all the time, or that mass consciousness just don’t allow for us to feel happy for no good reason.
What would you do when you catch yourself in moments like these? In these moments when you don’t feel good, yet you feel good not feeling good? I find that usually I’d continue rationalising and justifying why I should be feeling… eg..angry. And it just gets me angrier and angrier, and I’d even get angry at the fact that I’m angry over such a small incident. My heart starts to pump faster and my blood boils. It’s really not healthy to have such physiological changes like that .
now, I’ve found a new method. I simply do quantum-touch on myself, esp. on my heart chakra. I’d do the sweeping and breathing as in basic QT, then I’d spin my heart chakras, both front and back, and literally feel my chest ‘clearing’ up. It’ll feel better to breathe more easily again. Then I’d simply find no reason to be angry again. It’s as simple as that.
Our mind– our conscious mind, loves to be the master, when in fact, our superconscious mind– our tendency to be pure love and aligned to LIGHT, rules over our conscious mind. Don’t let it get ahead of you. Let LOVE rule instead, and you’ll be fine.
